No Return Policy
Toys once sold are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, liking/disliking the product, or minor color/size variations.
Damaged or Broken Product Policy
We only accept returns or replacements in case the toy is delivered in broken or damaged condition, subject to verification.
To be eligible:
- You must record a clear open-boxing video while opening the package.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Opening of the package
- The damaged or broken toy
How to Raise a Complaint
If you receive a damaged product:
- Contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery

Approval & Resolution
If our team verifies that the product was genuinely delivered in damaged condition, we will offer:
- A replacement or
- A refund (as per availability and company decision)
If the claim is not approved or the required video proof is not provided, no return or refund will be processed.
Time Limit
All damage-related complaints must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
